Q4-LIFE CAPITAL · PRIVACY

Privacy notice

This notice explains how information is used when you request or participate in a Q4-Life Capital transaction. It is a product notice, not legal advice or a statement of regulatory certification.

What may be collected

Account email, requested and approved portal role, business and contact profile details, capital request answers, transaction participation, document acknowledgments, optional evidence uploads, and security/audit events needed to operate and protect the service.

Why it is used

Information is used to operate accounts, assess and administer a capital request, coordinate authorized participants, prepare reviewed transaction documents, record funding evidence and acknowledgments, prevent unauthorized access, and respond to support or privacy requests. It is not used for unrelated purposes.

Identity evidence is optional

Government ID numbers and ID images are not required by this demonstration workflow. If an authorized operational or legal review later establishes a need, the purpose and required information must be explained before collection. Uploaded evidence is stored privately and must only be accessed by specifically authorized reviewers.

Who can see information

Beneficiaries, capital providers, and operators have separate permissions. Participants can access only their own profile and transaction documents specifically available to them. Identity evidence and operator-only assessment records are not shared with other transaction parties. Access and sensitive actions are recorded.

Retention, requests and contact

Retention periods and deletion procedures require an approved organizational policy before production. You may contact privacy@q4-life.com to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion review. The service records the minimum information needed to handle a request.

Security and legal review

The service uses server-side authorization, private document storage, access controls and audit records. No online service can promise absolute security. Applicable Cameroon data-protection requirements and transaction-specific signing formalities must be reviewed by qualified local counsel before production use. An electronic acknowledgment is not a guarantee that a document or signature satisfies every legal requirement.

Marketing consent is separate, optional and off by default. The portal does not require consent to unrelated marketing.
